To register and use a J2Bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
J2Bet may request proof of age, identity or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
Each individual may hold one account only on J2Bet. Opening multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple bonuses, to circumvent a self-imposed limit or to access the platform following an account suspension — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.

Providing false information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without return of any funds deposited through fraudulent means.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. J2Bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. J2Bet reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Accounts will remain restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All account balances and transactions on J2Bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your J2Bet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified and associated with your J2Bet account. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Standard processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals are outlined on the Deposit page. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing.
Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. J2Bet reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.
Unclaimed balances: If an account has been inactive for an extended period, J2Bet may apply an inactivity fee or close the account in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in regularly and withdraw their balance if they no longer intend to use the platform.
J2Bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
Where a bonus has been claimed and J2Bet determines that it was obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bets placed on J2Bet — whether on sports, Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. J2Bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases where an obvious error has occurred on the part of the platform.
Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at J2Bet's discretion, including during live events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned.
Cricket & PSL markets: For Cricket and PSL matches, specific settlement rules apply depending on the market type. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, individual market settlement rules will apply and are published on the relevant bet type pages. J2Bet's decision on settlement of all Cricket markets is final.
Casino Games: All casino games on J2Bet use random number generation certified by the relevant game provider. RTP figures are published for all slots and table games. J2Bet does not guarantee any particular outcome and past results do not influence future results. In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
Live Casino: Live Casino games are subject to the rules of each individual game as administered by the live dealer and the game provider. In cases of technical disconnection during a Live Casino game, J2Bet will endeavour to resolve outstanding rounds fairly, but accepts no liability for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
Maximum winnings: J2Bet applies maximum payout limits per bet, per game round and per day. These limits vary by game and market type and are set out in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum may be capped to the stated limit.
J2Bet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
J2Bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is identified, J2Bet reserves the right to freeze the account and conduct an investigation before allowing any withdrawals to proceed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach is involved, the remaining balance minus any applicable fees will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact J2Bet support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. During the processing period, the account will be restricted to prevent new deposits or bets.
J2Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, J2Bet does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond J2Bet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

J2Bet collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and what rights you have in relation to your data are set out fully in the Privacy Policy.
By registering a J2Bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing relevant data with payment providers (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast) as required to process your transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification services as required by J2Bet's security procedures.
J2Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely in connection with operating your account and providing the services described on the platform.
